Class 6 Road Test - Basic Overview
The Class 6 road test is your final test before you get your Class 6 (full privilege) motorcycle driver's licence. In order to take the Class 6 Road Test, you must:

The ICBC examiner rides behind you in a car and communicates with you by two-way radio.
If you are in the Graduated Licensing Program (GLP) and currently hold a Class 8L and want to receive your full, unrestricted Class 6 motorcycle licence, you must also:
Have successfully completed your MSA
Have passed your Class 8 Road Test

If you are not using a VISC motorcycle, make sure your motorcycle is in good mechanical working order before arriving at ICBC, including checking all lights
Arrive for your Road Test about 15 minutes early and check in with ICBC staff
Read and review both Learn to Ride Smart and Tuning Up for Riders booklets from ICBC
Make sure to bring your photo ID, learners licence, valid bike insurance and registration documents as well as payment for Road Test fees
Do your best to simply focus on you and your riding and not the examiners following behind you
Always back your motorcycle into a parking spot before and at the conclusion of your Road Test
Remember that your Road Test is not over until your bike is turned off, parked and you have dismounted
