Understanding Course Selections
NOVICE SKILLS COURSES
Each Novice Skills Course has two sessions; an AM and a PM session. Each session accepts up 10 students each (20 total). AM courses have riding in the morning and theory classes in the afternoon. PM courses are the opposite with riding in the afternoon and theory classes in the morning.
Weekend Courses (WE) - 4 day course
Select Saturdays & Sundays (over 2 weekends)
Riding - Camosun College Interurban - rear parking lot P3
Theory Sessions - Camosun College Interurban, Jack White building, classroom JW109
AM courses Day 1 & Day 3 = Full Days, 8:00am-5:00pm - Riding starting at 8:00am, followed by Classroom theory at 1:00pm (See note 1 for WE8/WE9)
AM courses Day 2 & 4 = 1/2 days, 8:00am-12:00pm - Riding sessions only
PM courses Day 1 & Day 3 = Full Days, 8:00am-5:00pm -Classroom theory starting at 8:00am , followed by riding at 1:00pm (See note 2 for WE8/WE9)
PM courses Day 2 & 4 = 1/2 days, 1:00pm-5:00pm - Riding sessions only (See note 3 for WE8/WE9)

EVN courses Day 1 & 3 = Full days, 12:30pm-9:00pm - Classroom theory starting at 12:30pm, followed by riding at 5:00pm
EVN courses Day 2 & 4 = 1/2 days, 5:00pm-9:00pm - Riding sessions only

Exception Notes:
WD4 AM & WD4 PM runs Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Extra Training will not be available. Students who require extra training may be moved to another course at a later date after receiving the required extra training. Extra Training information available here.

RIDER REFRESHER TRAINING (RRT)
Theory = Friday at 7pm to 9pm at Camosun College Interurban - Jack White Building, classroom JW109
Day 1 = Saturday 8:00am to 4:00pm at Camosun College Interurban 'P5' parking lot
Day 2 = Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm starting/meeting at Camosun College Interurban 'P5' parking lot, then traffic riding
EXPERIENCED RIDER COURSES (ERC)
Day 1 = Sunday 8:00am to 4:00pm at Camosun College Interurban 'P5' parking lot
